SDS Undergraduate Research Fellowship

This program is a paid experience that will provide undergraduate students with opportunities to conduct real-world research for practical application under the supervision of a faculty mentor. Through the fellowship, students will gain the skills necessary to successfully navigate the rigors of graduate studies through immersion in research and various scholarly activities, while receiving a $3,000 stipend.

Application Process

The application form (now closed) includes short answer questions and a faculty reference check.

Students may also review faculty research projects on the website and indicate their preference on the application form. Student interests will be considered when matching them to projects, but this is not guaranteed.
